TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Spanish courses terms and conditions

Registration:

To enrol for a Speakeasy course, you must complete a course registration
form and pay the total price.

The course registration can be completed and signed in our office
or can be completed online.


Course information:

The maximum number of students in a class is 10.
One (1) hour of classes = 55 minutes.
The minimum age to enrol is 18 years.

Speakeasy reserves the right to expel students for any type of behavior
that offends other students or disrupts classes to the extent that complaints
are received. Students must observe our code of conduct.

Payment:

Payment is always in advance.

If you are in Barcelona you can pay in cash, or credit card at the school.
If you are not in Barcelona then you can pay by bank transfer from your
bank account or by credit card faxing or mailing us the credit card
authorisation form.

Please note that any bank charges or commission in connection with bank
transfers are not included in our prices and should be covered by the student.
If you have questions regarding registration or payment please

Refunds & cancellations

Under European law we do not refund any payments if a student chooses
to leave a course that has started
.

We do not refund for student illness or student absence during a course.

We do not refund for national or local public holidays, which cause classes
to be cancelled. However if there are more than 1 public holiday in a
continuous 4 week period, then these days will be refunded or replaced.
