Cancellation information:
Under European
law we do not refund any payments if a student chooses
to leave a course that the student has already started.
We do not refund for student illness or student absence
during a course.
We do not refund for national or local public holidays,
which cause classes
to be cancelled.
To cancel your booking of a Spanish
course you must send us an email
or fax stating
- your contact details,
- your Spanish course details
-the amount that you have paid.
-the date of your booking.
How much money will you be refunded?
If you cancel over 60 days before the first day that
your course starts
you will receive 80% refund
If you cancel between 30 & 59 days before the first
day that your course starts
you will receive 50% refund
If you cancel between 29 & 7 days before the first
day that your course starts
you will receive 30% refund
If you cancel between 0 & 6 days before the first
day your course starts
you will receive 0% refund.
How do we refund?
We can refund by transferring money back to your bank
account
or to your credit card. We will use the same method
as you used
to book your Spanish class.
